Hi stamping friends.
To celebrate World Card Making Day on the 1st of October I went live via video on Facebook last night to show you how to make a quick fun and fantastic card using scraps of your designer papers. I didn’t want anyone who doesn’t have Facebook to miss out on a great way to use up all those scraps you have hoarded over the years …( well, at least i know i do! Lol), so I thought I would share it here too.
Once you have had a play, it’s super easy to change it up a bit … or a lot … to suit any occasion!
Here’s one for another occasion! I love the pop of colour in the Festive Birthdays Designer Paper!
And the best news is Stampin Up are making it super easy for you to create them too, with a mad special when you buy 3 packs of designer series paper you get a fourth pack free! Who doesn’t love a freebie! What a way to build your stash of beautiful papers! There are so many to choose from!
Here’s the measurements you need to create this card!
You will need:
– a card base
– a piece of card 5 5/8 x 3 7/8″ for card front
– 4 scraps of designer paper measuring 1 x 4 3/4″; 1 1/4 x 5 1/4″; 1 x 4″ and 1 x 5″.
And you can always watch the video HERE to see how its done!
Happy creating everyone!
Mel xx
